MA, LPC, LMHC, ASDC

Growing up is hard! I'm here to walk beside you and your family to support you in identifying what is working and what could be better. I work with kids and teens and their caregivers in order to navigate the challenges of growing up. Through play, skill building, and relational attunement, I aim to help clients build tools and relationships that allow them to live connected, fulfilling lives.

More about me

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas in 2015. I graduated from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2020 with a Master’s of Arts in Counseling Psychology. My work stems from a relational strengths-based approach. I believe every individual and family unit has the capacity to grow and change. My role includes assisting individuals in realizing their own intrinsic value, capabilities, and strengths. Through play, skill building, and relational attunement, I aim to help clients build tools and relationships that allow them to live connected, fulfilling lives.
