You're desperately trying to hold onto hope that there's still a reason to keep going; you're struggling with shame, guilt, helplessness, or dread for another day of "what's next?!" You're drowning in existential depression and anxiety, finding escape in destructive patterns like doom scrolling social media, drinking, drugs, eating, shopping, or a myriad of other activities which once worked to provide some relief but now just keep you sedated and checked out. You see the chaos around you, but it doesn't seem like anyone understands, cares, or listens. How can you thrive in a world like this? How can any of us? You are not alone.
More about me
I believe therapeutic healing is in the relationship between you and me, just two human beings trying to make sense of the suffering. I work with adults who have grown cynical, burned out, and tired of the never-ending cycle of addiction and malaise. I create space for you to courageously become aware of and move toward your authentic and ever-evolving self.

I want to help you find meaning, purpose, and even joy in this turmoil. I see you, I hear you, and I will do everything I can to understand where you're coming from, where you are, and where you want to go and to help you find a path to get you there. We can't save the world, but when we work to heal ourselves, we can become the healing balm for others.

I enthusiastically support and work with members of the LGBTQ+ communities, and I am committed to working with you as an affirming and compassionate ally. You are welcomed and valued as you are, without criticism or judgment. Every expression of who you are is important, valued, and celebrated.

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, existential crises, trauma, dysfunctional families of origin, chemical dependency, substance use disorders, addiction, distress related to spirituality and spiritual or religious abuse and trauma, lack of connection with self or others, and much more.
