Jenna

I am passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community and those struggling with substance use disorders and chemical dependencies. I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic space where you have the freedom to explore and challenge every part of yourself, the good and the bad, free from criticism. Whether you are at an impasse in life, experiencing difficult emotions, or repeating destructive patterns of behavior, I would be honored to sit with you and work progressively toward change and betterment. I work with teens ages 15+ and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, shame, anger, guilt, and struggle with transitions, exploration of sexuality, and gender concerns. In addition, I work with people exhibiting problematic sexual behaviors.

More About Me

I operate from an existential-humanistic framework and believe that change can be achieved through connecting with another human and getting to know our authentic selves. My ultimate goal is to accompany and support you as you learn to connect with every part of yourself while tackling the obstacles keeping you from the life you deserve and want.

The world appears to be set up in such a way that we rarely take the time to process who we are, our core values, what is meaningful to us, and what we want from this life. I emphasize the importance of responsibility, decision-making, and self-compassion. I would be honored to take this journey together. Please reach out today, and let's get started!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate supervised by Dr. Beck Munsey, Ph.D., LPC-S. I have a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University.
