You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of carrying the same patterns into different areas of your life. Maybe anxiety feels constant, your emotions feel hard to manage, or you’re trying to figure out who you are in the middle of everything life is asking of you.
Wherever you are, therapy can be a space to slow down, get honest about what’s going on, and start moving forward in a way that actually feels different.
I believe therapy works best when it feels authentic. This is a space where you can show up as you are, no pressure to have it all figured out. At the same time, I’ll challenge you to take an honest look at the patterns, choices, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. Growth requires both support and accountability, and we’ll work together to find that balance.
More about me
My approach is collaborative and grounded in meeting you where you are. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches, along with mindfulness and psychoeducation. I focus on helping you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and how to shift them in ways that actually feel doable in your everyday life.
I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I also support clients working through relationship concerns, family stress, identity exploration, and patterns like people-pleasing or difficulty setting boundaries.
Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. It’s about building awareness, developing practical tools, and making intentional changes that align with who you want to be. You don’t have to do it alone, but you do have to be willing to show up and do the work.
